Clear Channel Airs Al Franken in San DiegoI've given it a listen over the last few days and it's nothing but a foam-fest; they cannot loath President Bush or Republicans anymore than they do now. But they're trying.
Oops, turns out there isn't a right-wing conspiracy after all. Clear Channel Communications' KLSD AM in San Diego has started airing left-wing Air America Radio.
"I think it is going to be refreshing. I think they are going to hear a point of view they simply don't get on the radio. There's not going to be a constant drumbeat of party politics," longtime radio host Stacy Taylor told TheSanDiegoChannel.
SIDENOTE The Stacy Taylor mentioned is was a radio host on News Radio 600 KOGO until recently. Now I know where he went - he's now on KLSD. I heard a *cough* 'commentary' by him this morning while driving to work. In a nutshell, he thinks that all of the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth should be drug-tested for their actions recently.
I listened to him occasionally on KOGO and he never 'thrilled' me with his routine - now I know why: he's an ass-hatted clown.
