Hemodialysis? I have no idea, but I hope you're doing well.
I think your post on the dialysis should be entitled "To Pee or Not To Pee." I was going to use it for a post of my own on the subject, but it'd probably work better for you.
As for the rain, we COULD use it...if only it were spread out over the whole year. You know as well as I do that any rain beyond the first two showers we had is nothing but runoff.
Oh well.
